Mr Neville Power
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Neville Power has over four decades of experience across mining, minerals processing, construction and steel making, accumulating a wide range of expertise across multiple sectors of the global business landscape.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nev’s leadership was highlighted as he led the National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (NCCC) at the appointment of the Prime Minister. The NCCC played a crucial role in minimizing the pandemic’s impact on jobs and businesses and fostering the rapid recovery of the Australian economy and communities.
From 2011 to 2018, Nev served as the Managing Director and CEO of Fortescue Metals Group (ASX:FMG), a key player in global iron ore production. Under his leadership, Fortescue’s production quadrupled to over 170 million tonnes annually, positioning the Company as the lowest-cost supplier of seaborne iron ore to China. Prior to joining Fortescue, Nev held Chief Executive positions at Thiess and the Smorgon Steel Group.
Nev is currently a Non-Executive Director of energy explorer and producer Strike Energy (ASX:STX) and a Non-Executive Advisor to employment services provider APM Human Services International.

Mr Nick Rathjen
Managing Director and CEO
Mr Rathjen has a proven track record accumulated across more than a decade in equity capital markets, corporate development and mineral marketing, with extensive experience in the lithium sector. Nick brings a strong commercial capability to the Company, having led early-stage lithium projects through technical programs, economic studies, execution of offtake agreements, funding and due diligence processes, project development as well as the completion of commercial transactions.
Nick has previously held positions as the Head of Corporate Development at Canadian lithium developer Green Technology Metals Ltd (ASX: GT1) and as the Head of Corporate Development at Prospect Resources Limited (ASX: PSC). At Prospect Resources, Nick played a key role in the advancement and development of the Arcadia Lithium Project in Zimbabwe through both the financing process and marketing of the key products to be mined and processed at Arcadia (spodumene and petalite).
Nick’s understanding of lithium mining, processing, marketing and downstream conversion brings a broad list of capabilities to the Company as it rapidly advances its Kangaroo Hills and Nevada Lithium Projects. He holds a Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Investor Relations and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Mr Robin Cox
Technical Director
Robin is an exploration geologist with over 15 years’ experience in the management of green fields and brown fields exploration. Robin has held various senior positions across a number of ASX listed companies and his passion for mineral exploration has resulted in multi commodity experience, including gold, lithium, nickel and uranium in various mineralisation styles and models. Robin holds a BSc majoring in economic geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Robin was responsible for the discovery of Lithium at Ore’s Kangaroo Hills and Nevada Projects and previously was part of the exploration teams at De Grey Mining, Mineral Resources and Toro Energy. As Technical Director, Mr Cox will have oversight and be responsible for managing the Company’s exploration activities at the Company’s 100% owned Coolgardie Gold and Lithium Projects and regional Western Australian projects.

Mr Robert Waugh
Non-Executive Director
Rob has over thirty years’ professional experience within the global mining industry spanning a broad range of commodities and geographies. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of gold exploration and development business, Musgrave Minerals Ltd (Musgrave) (previously ASX:MGV). Over his 12-year tenure there, Rob led Musgrave from its Initial Public Offering as a A$20 million explorer through to pre-development status with a 927 koz gold resource. He then saw Musgrave through its successful A$201 million acquisition by Ramelius Resources Ltd (ASX:RMS) in 2023.
Prior to Musgrave, Rob held exploration and team leadership roles across both junior and major mining companies, including over 19 years collectively at BHP Ltd and WMC Resources Ltd.
Rob holds a BSc (Geology) from the University of Western Australia and a MSc (Mineral Economics) from Curtin University and the Western Australia School of Mines. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (AusIMM) and a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

Company Secretary and CFO
Silfia Morton
Ms Silfia Morton is a Chartered Accountant with a Masters Degree in Commerce, specialises in financial management, financial reporting and risk compliance and management. She has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public companies. Prior to her current role, she has previously spent twelve years as senior audit manager at one of the leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firms where she was focused on engagements across the mining, technology and manufacturing sectors. Her experience includes expertise in matters of corporate governance and compliance support, as well as managing and executing corporate transactions including assets acquisitions and disposal, capital raisings, IPOs, and ASX listings.
