Ore Resources’ Managing Director and CEO, Nick Rathjen, commented:
“The declaration of Ore’s initial gold Mineral Resource at Miriam is a substantial achievement for the Company
and provides strong validation of our proven low-cost exploration strategy across the Coolgardie Gold Projects.
Delivered little more than 12 months after reporting the first drilling results from the Forrest and Canyon
discoveries, this milestone highlights the pace at which our team has been able to identify, delineate and
advance high-quality gold mineralisation and our ability to translate that success into resource definition.
“Importantly, we believe Miriam remains in the early stages of its growth trajectory. Mineralisation at both
Forrest and Canyon remains open along strike and at depth, and a number of advanced regional targets,
including Jungle, Devils Playground and Burbanks Monarch, remain largely untested. Further upside also exists
at the standalone Avoca Project, located immediately north of Miriam. This broader growth opportunity is
reflected in the declaration of an Exploration Target for the broader Coolgardie Gold Projects, consisting of
4.55 to 5.8Mt @ 1.4 to 2.3 g/t Au for 200,000 to 400,000 ounces. The Exploration Target highlights substantial
scope to materially increase the current resource base through continued exploration success.
“Miriam’s location further enhances its strategic appeal. Situated in the heart of Western Australia’s Goldfields
region, the Project benefits from proximity to numerous operating processing facilities in both Coolgardie and
Kalgoorlie. This established infrastructure and range of processing options provide considerable flexibility as we
assess future development pathways and seek to maximise project value.
“We conclude a defining September 2026 quarter having delivered several major milestones across our
Coolgardie Lithium and Gold Projects. On the lithium front, we have transformed Kangaroo Hills from an
exploration project into a credible near-term development opportunity through the delivery of the Kangaroo
Hills Scoping Study. The Study outlines a compelling pathway to development via a capital-lite, near-term DSO
operation and confirms the project's strong technical and economic fundamentals, highlighting its potential to
generate early cash flow while providing a platform for future growth.
“The Study was supported through the declaration of a initial lithium Mineral Resource. The Kangaroo Hills
MRE represents a significant achievement underpinned by more than 38,000m of drilling completed since the
discovery of lithium mineralisation in 2022. Encouragingly, follow-up RC drilling has continued to demonstrate
the quality, scale and continuity of the Big Red and Potoroo pegmatite systems, extending mineralisation
beyond the current MRE boundaries and confirming both deposits remain open to the north and west.
“Across our gold portfolio, we significantly strengthened our position during the quarter through the expansion
of our Kal East landholding and the consolidation of the Miriam Project into a single contiguous land package.
These strategic additions increase our exposure to some of Western Australia's most prospective and
underexplored gold districts, substantially expanding the scale of our exploration footprint. Regional AC drilling
at Miriam and Burbanks East further validated the district-scale gold potential of our broader Coolgardie
tenure, identifying multiple zones of gold anomalism and generating a strong pipeline of follow-up targets.
“Leading into Q4 2026 and 2027, we have recommenced gold-focused exploration drilling at Miriam along with
first-pass drill testing at Avoca, where an AC drilling programme is now underway, testing multiple gold
anomalies and priority structural targets coincident with historical drill intercepts. At Kal East, we are
advancing approvals and target generation ahead of a planned 10,000-20,000m drilling campaign in 2027.
Following the acquisition of 18 new tenements, our Kal East landholding now exceeds 1,100km² across several
established gold districts within the Eastern Goldfields.
oreresources.com.au 4
“With Kangaroo Hills advancing towards potential near-term development and an extensive gold-focused
exploration pipeline extending far into 2027, the Company is entering a highly active and value-rich phase of
growth across both its lithium and gold project portfolio."
COOLGARDIE GOLD PROJECTS, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Ore’s Coolgardie Gold Projects represent more than 80km2
of prospective gold exploration tenure located in a
world-class geological and operating region. The Projects are strategically situated within a 50km radius of seven
operating gold mills, two of which are located within a 15km radius.
Expansive 30,000m Phase 4 Drilling Programme over 2026
Ore’s expansive gold-focused Phase 4 drilling programme consists of a combined 30,000m of RC, diamond core
and AC drilling, designed to materially advance gold prospectivity and new discovery potential across the
Coolgardie Gold Projects.
Over January and February 2026, Ore completed an RC drilling programme at Forrest (which sits within Miriam),
consisting of twenty-three (23) RC drill holes for approximately 3,900m drilled. These RC drill holes were
designed to specifically target extensions to high-grade lodes and to test their geometry through off-section,
oriented drilling.
Following the completion of RC drilling, Ore conducted a 1,000m diamond drilling programme in March 2026 to
further test both down-dip and strike extensions across the Forrest gold system. This programme was specifically
designed to improve Ore’s geological understanding of key structural and lithological controls, while also
collecting mineralogy and density information to support expansion of the existing gold footprint at Forrest and
inform future resource estimation work.
Over the June 2026 quarter, Ore conducted its 15,000m regional AC drilling programme. This large-scale drilling
programme initially focussed on Burbanks East. The programme then shifted to drill testing key Miriam regional
prospects.
Post-end of the quarter, Ore has recommenced exploration drilling with 3,000m of AC drilling testing extensions
to historical drill intercepts at Avoca and a number of newly generated exploration targets identified through
recent systematic exploration.
RC drilling will also recommence at Miriam in Q4 2026 and extending to Q1 2027, testing extensions to the gold
MRE and Exploration Target (ET) at Coolgardie.

Miriam Gold Project
The Miriam tenure covers a region of the Coolgardie Greenstone Belt overlying a suite of mafic and ultramafic
units along with felsic intrusives. Miriam also overlies formations and structural trends that host multiple nearby
gold deposits, including Horizon Minerals’ Burbanks (466 koz @ 2.4 g/t Au), Beacon Minerals’ McPhersons
Reward (132 koz @ 1.2 g/t Au) and Focus Minerals’ Coolgardie Operations (2.7 Moz @ 1.8 g/t Au).9

Regional AC drilling
The results from the 15,000m regional AC drilling were returned on 11 August 2026, identifying multiple zones
of elevated gold anomalism within shallow regolith lithologies at both Burbanks East and Miriam. Drilling across
the key Miriam regional prospects confirmed the potential for significant gold mineralisation in the northern
portion of the tenure, validating previous geochemical soil sampling results.
Significant mineralisation was returned at Forrest North and Burbanks Monarch. These results further
demonstrated the fertility of the 6.2km-long Miriam Shear Zone (Miriam Shear) and reinforced its potential as
a significant and underexplored gold system.
Miriam Regional Prospects
AC drilling across the key Miriam regional prospects confirmed the potential for significant gold mineralisation
in the northern portion of the tenure, validating previous geochemical soil sampling results.
Drill holes MGAC039, MGAC043 and MGAC058 returned highly encouraging first-pass results which further
refine and extend gold anomalism at the Forrest North and Burbanks Monarch regional prospects. These
results included:
• 8m @ 1.90 g/t Au from 20m (MGAC039)
• 4m @ 2.70 g/t Au from 40m (MGAC043)
• 4m @ 0.90 g/t Au from 44m (MGAC058)
Importantly, MGAC039 confirms the historical mineralised intercepts at Burbanks Monarch, while MGAC043,
MGAC040 and MGAC038 highlight the potential for additional shallow gold mineralisation within a zone
approximately 130m wide (E-W) and extending over 300m of strike (NE-SW).
These results further demonstrate the fertility of the Miriam Shear and reinforces its potential as a significant
and underexplored gold system.

Successful consolidation of Miriam gold tenure
In May 2026, Ore signed a binding option agreement with vendors, Mr Lance Fraser, Mr Graeme Tarabini and
Mr Brett Scott, providing it with an option to acquire four (4) mining leases, one prospecting licence application
and one special prospecting licence application covering highly prospective exploration tenure adjacent to its
current Miriam landholdings.
During the quarter, the Company elected to exercise its option and complete the acquisition of the six (6)
tenements together with all associated data and rights.

Settlement consideration comprised A$300,000 in cash and A$200,000 in Ore shares (issued at a deemed price
equal to the 5-day VWAP prior to the date of option exercise). The shares were issued under the Company’s
existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and are subject to voluntary escrow for a period of 6
months from the date of issue.
Two mining leases (M15/1255 and M15/1819) are located directly east of and contiguous with the Forrest
prospect, the Company’s flagship deposit at Miriam.
Limited exploration has been undertaken at M15/1255, where historical drilling identified a 300m-long
mineralised trend at the Devils Playground prospect (Devils Playground) on the eastern flank of the Miriam
Shear. No follow-up drilling or modern geochemical and geophysical surveys have been undertaken since the
initial drilling programs more than 20 years ago.
The acquisition of this tenure enables step-out drilling to test extensions of the mineralised gold system and
identify parallel lodes and linking structures across the expanded tenure.

owned by Maritana Minerals Ltd (ASX: MRT), located approximately 2.5 km from Miriam and 7 km from the
Kangaroo Hills Lithium Project.
Phase 4 regional AC drilling results
AC drilling at Burbanks East provided first pass testing of recently generated targets and validated historical
exploration drill results, returning notable intercepts.
The standout intercept was returned in hole BEAC115, which returned 4m @ 4.29 g/t Au from 44m. This
intercept remains open and untested to the north. Additional exploration will be required to fully assess the
scale and significance of gold mineralisation at Burbanks East.

Importantly, drilling has remained relatively shallow, with the majority of contained ounces located within the
upper 100 vertical metres of the deposit. This shallow resource position, combined with mineralisation that
remains open along strike and at depth, highlights significant potential for future resource growth at Forrest.
Ore Resources has identified substantial additional upside across its broader Coolgardie Gold Project portfolio
through the establishment of an Exploration Target.

Prepared by Ashmore Advisory, the Exploration Target is based on current Mineral Resources, historical
drilling and exploration results, and geological interpretations across the Company's project portfolio.
Collectively, the Exploration Target highlights the potential for an additional 4,550 to 5,800kt @ 1.4 to 2.3 g/t
Au for 200,000 to 400,000oz gold10
beyond the current MRE base. Ore plans to undertake systematic drilling
programs throughout Q4 2026 and into 2027 with the objective of converting this exploration potential into
future Mineral Resources.

There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration
will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource. The Exploration Target has been prepared and reported by
Ashmore Advisory, in accordance with the JORC Code.
Forrest Depth & Strike Extensions
Ore plans to conduct follow-up drilling to better constrain the geometry and potential plunge orientation of
the high-grade shoots. Importantly, the Forrest deposit remains open along strike and at depth, highlighting
strong potential for future drilling to further expand this emerging high-grade gold system.
Miriam Regional Prospects
The broader Miriam tenure hosts several underexplored regional prospects that provide significant scope for
additional gold discoveries beyond the Forrest and Canyon deposits. Regional AC drilling completed over the
June 2026 quarter identified multiple zones of anomalous gold along the 6.2km-long Miriam Shear Zone,
reinforcing its prospectivity and highlighting the potential for the development of a larger mineralised gold
system.
The Company has further strengthened this opportunity through the consolidation of the Miriam Project into a
single contiguous landholding, securing strategic tenure adjacent to Forrest and unlocking additional
exploration opportunities across the project area.
Key regional targets include Canyon, Devils Playground, Jungle and Burbanks Monarch, all of which are
supported by historical drilling and recent exploration results. Notably, the acquisition of Mining Lease
M15/11 at Canyon enables immediate testing of prospective southern extensions to the known mineralised
system.
Collectively, these prospects demonstrate the potential for substantial growth at Miriam, with ongoing drilling
aimed at unlocking additional resources and new gold discoveries across the broader tenure package.
oreresources.com.au 14
Avoca Gold Project
Historical exploration and prospecting activities across the tenure have highlighted numerous mineralised gold
trends, including a standout intercept of 4m @ 14.04 g/t Au from 36m within 44m @ 1.84 g/t Au from 16m
(AVRC002)11F
12
.
Ore's review of historical drilling also defined a mineralised trend extending approximately 300m along strike
in the southern portion of the project area. This trend hosts several significant-grade gold intersections yet
remains only sparsely drill tested. Mineralisation identified to date is largely confined to shallow regolith,
highlighting the potential for near-surface oxide gold mineralisation.

Avoca Gold Project (100%)
Avoca comprises 6.7km2
of prospective exploration tenure located to the north of Miriam and Burbanks East.
The Avoca tenure is situated along the highly endowed Kunanalling Shear Zone, a major structural corridor
hosting mafic, ultramafic and sedimentary rock units.
AC drilling programme underway
Post-end of the September quarter, Ore announced it had commenced first-pass drill testing at Avoca under a
3,000m AC drilling programme.
Ore recently applied its proven target generation methodology at Avoca through the integration of UFF soil
geochemistry completed during August and September 2026 with detailed interpretation of open-source
magnetic geophysical datasets. This work has identified nine (9) surface gold anomalies exceeding 40ppb Au
and ten (10) priority litho-structural targets.
The scale of the target footprint is particularly noteworthy, with individual geochemical anomalies extending
for up to 1.7km in strike length and litho-structural targets extending for up to 1.3km (Figures 7 and 8). Despite
their scale, many of these targets remain largely untested by historical drilling, highlighting the potential for
the discovery of new gold mineralised systems within the project area.
Encouragingly, several targets are defined by coincident geochemical and structural signatures and are further
supported by limited historical drilling that returned anomalous gold results. The convergence of these
datasets significantly enhances the prospectivity of the identified targets and prioritises them for drill testing.

KAL EAST GOLD PROJECTS, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
The Kal East Gold Projects represent a combined 1,100km2
of exploration tenure located within excellent
proximity to multiple operating gold mines, processing plants and dedicated transport infrastructure. The Kal
East tenure gives Ore one of the largest landholdings in the Eastern Goldfields (Figure 9).
Figure 8 - Regional Location Map – W.A. Goldfields Projects
oreresources.com.au 18
Following execution of these agreements, staged work area clearance surveys will be undertaken to facilitate
the commencement of ground-disturbing exploration activities across the expanded tenure package.
New tenure secured over the eastern extension of the Karonie Greenstone Belt strategically flanks the Aldiss
Mining Centre, which contains 6Mt at 1.8 g/t Au for 352koz and includes the currently operating French Kiss
deposit. Notably, Ore's exploration licence application E28/3533 surrounds the French Kiss Gold Mine,
highlighting the strong strategic positioning of the Company's tenure.
While the Karonie tenure applications progress through the grant process, Ore is undertaking a comprehensive
review of historical exploration datasets and available geophysical information to identify and prioritise
exploration targets.
At Mt Monger specifically, seven (7) new tenements were staked, increasing Ore's landholding by more than
18km2
. These tenements are contiguous with, or located immediately adjacent to, the Company’s existing Mt
Monger tenure. As part of its target-genera
