ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
BURBANKS EAST HISTORICAL SHALLOW DRILL
RESULTS OF UP TO 8M AT 3.37G/T GOLD
Highlights
Extensive review of all historical exploration drilling and surface sampling data completed
for Burbanks East.
Six (6) broad surface gold anomalies identified (with limited historical drill testing), including
a 2.7km anomaly (no historical drill testing).
Historical Air Core (AC) and Rotary Air Blast (RAB) drilling returned numerous shallow
significant intercepts in regolith, including:
─ 8m @ 3.37 g/t Au from 32m (KSC3339)
─ 6m @ 1.84 g/t Au from 44m (KSC3336)
─ 10m @ 0.9 g/t Au from 36m including 2m @ 3.1 g/t Au (LEB122)
─ 3m @ 4.57 g/t Au from 28m (KSC3314)
Litho-structural review utilising all geophysical magnetic data over the Burbanks East tenure
in progress targeting prospective bedrock structures or intrusions; completion in July 2025.
Initial Reverse Circulation (RC) drill program at Miriam, focused on the Forrest and Canyon
targets, remains on track to commence in July 2025.
FBM remains well-funded to undertake all planned exploration activities through 2025 and
beyond with a strong cash balance of A$7.4 million and zero debt (as at 31 March 2025).
Future Battery Minerals Ltd (ASX: FBM) (FBM or the Company) is pleased to provide the results of its review
of all available historical exploration data for its 100%-owned Burbanks East Project (Burbanks East or the
Project), located in the W.A. Goldfields region of Western Australia.
FBM Managing Director and CEO, Nick Rathjen, commented:
“Burbanks East represents a compelling gold exploration opportunity that is complementary to our existing
gold focused exploration strategy at Miriam. Within the span of a month, we have grown the Burbanks East
Project footprint five-fold and confirmed its robust gold potential through the identification of six broad surficial
gold anomalies, showing limited to no evidence of historical drilling. We see Burbanks East adding further gold
upside to the Coolgardie Project and are currently undertaking a litho-structural review targeting prospective
bedrock structures and intrusions to generate drill-ready targets at the Project.
“We’re excited to commence gold-focussed drilling at Miriam this month. The Forrest and Canyon targets offer
strong prospectivity, with Forrest bringing both extension and a potential near term gold resource, and Canyon
offering potential discovery upside. With the Coolgardie Project being 15km from operating gold mills, it holds
multiple commercial pathways to be evaluated by the Company as the targets advance through exploration.”

Broad surface gold anomalies identified at Burbanks East
In June 2025, FBM staked an additional seven tenements to extend the Burbanks East tenure area near
Coolgardie, bringing the total Burbanks East landholding to over 10km2 and total Coolgardie Project
landholding to over 75km2. The new Burbanks East tenements cover a 5km strike of greenstone lithologies
prospective for gold and LCT pegmatites within a proven fertile gold belt. Following these applications, FBM
commenced an extensive review of all available historical data covering the new tenements to better evaluate
the expanded Project’s underlying gold potential.

Burbanks East is situated directly east (~1.5km) of the Burbanks Gold Mine (current resource 466koz @ 2.4g/t
Au) owned by Horizon Minerals Ltd (ASX: HRZ) and Burbanks Mill being acquired by Auric Mining Ltd (ASX:
AWJ) 2, and MacPhersons Reward Gold Mine (132koz @ 1.2 g/t Au) owned by Beacon Minerals Ltd (ASX:
BCN). Given the Project’s proximity to these established gold operations, it was anticipated that a degree of
exploration had been conducted by previous owners. The Project tenure lies south along the same ultramaficmafic package of bedrock which hosts MacPhersons Reward (refer to Figure 2 below).
Figure 2: Burbanks East – Historical Drill Hole Location Map
Much of the area had been tested by surface geochemistry. Review of these historical geochemical results
pleasingly uncovered six (6) broad (>20ppb) gold anomalies, showing limited follow-up drill testing.

Investigation into shallow RAB and AC drilling conducted by exploration companies, Croesus Mining NL,
Monarch Resource Limited, Mt Kersey Mining and Cazaly Resources during the late 1990’s and early 2000’s
and RC drilling completed by Beacon Minerals in 2024 highlighted numerous significant gold intercepts
within regolith, including:
─
8m @ 3.37 g/t Au from 32m (KSC3339)
─
6m @ 1.84 g/t Au from 44m (KSC3336)
─
10m @ 0.9 g/t Au from 36m including 2m @ 3.1 g/t Au (LEB122)
─
3m @ 4.57 g/t Au from 28m (KSC3314)
Figure 3: Burbanks East – X-Section Northing 6564828
While most of the drilling is shallow in nature and wide-spaced, many of the anomalous intercepts are poorly
understood or not closed out and remain open to future testing. Additionally, most of the anomalous surficial
gold targets have no basement fresh rock drill testing, including a 2.7km striking target which has no
reported exploration drilling.

The results of this review strongly validate the Company’s low-cost, systematic approach to exploration,
contributing meaningfully to FBM’s understanding of the surrounding region and enabling the Company to
leverage future resource potential through further derisking of the Company’s exploration techniques.
Upcoming work programmes
In collaboration with Southern Geoscience, FBM is currently compiling the geophysical magnetic data of the
Burbanks East area. Once this data has been compiled, a detailed structural review of the bedrock will be
conducted in order to identify structures or intrusions which may be significant for gold mineralisation. The
Company expects completion of this exercise and results to be released later in July 2025.

The Company aims to further evaluate and rank targets at Burbanks East with the intention of advancing the
more prospective targets to drill ready status, while grant of the tenure applications continue to progress.
Complementing all ongoing exploration activities at Burbanks East, FBM remains on track to commence an
initial RC drill programme at the nearby Miriam Project in July 2025. The programme is set to focus on initial
targets within the Forrest prospect, which boasts historical gold intercepts, and the Canyon Target that has a
1.75km geochemical anomaly 3. All key permits are in place, including an approved Conservation Management
Plan and granted drilling Program of Work.

Sampling
techniques
EXPLANATION
● Nature and quality of sampling (e.g. cut
channels, random chips, or specific
specialised industry standard
measurement tools appropriate to the
minerals under investigation, such as
down hole gamma sondes, or handheld
XRF instruments, etc). These examples
should not be taken as limiting the broad
meaning of sampling.
● Include reference to measures taken to
ensure sample representivity and the
appropriate calibration of any
measurement tools or systems used.
● Aspects of the determination of
mineralisation that are Material to the
Public Report. In cases where ‘industry
standard’ work has been done this would
be relatively simple (e.g. ‘reverse
circulation drilling was used to obtain 1m
samples from which 3kg was pulverised to
produce a 30g charge for fire assay’). In
other cases more explanation may be
required, such as where there is coarse
gold that has inherent sampling problems.
Unusual commodities or mineralisation
types (e.g. submarine nodules) may
warrant disclosure of detailed information.

In reporting Exploration Results,
weighting averaging techniques,
maximum and/or minimum grade

If the geometry of the mineralisation with

If it is not known and only the down hole
